The Morristown Chapter DAR partnered with The Seeing Eye in Morristown NJ to celebrate Flag Day. Our Regent and our Flag Committee Chair gave out Braille flags at the graduation luncheon on Friday June 13, 2025.
The Morristown Chapter Flag Committee created beautiful displays in celebration of Flag Day at several libraries. These
included Kemmerer Library in Harding Township, Randolph, Bridgewater, Denville and Morris Plains.

The Morristown Chapter – Daughters of the American Revolution proudly participated in Wreaths across America on December 14, 2024. Our Regent and Vice Regent placed wreaths for the Coast Guard and Navy. The chapter laid a wreath on Rosanna Duncan Revere’s grave. Rosanna was the Morristown Chapter’s first Regent.
The Morristown DAR Flag Committee chairman visited vets from assisted living facilities and handed out hand written thank you cards, flag pins and flags. Pins and thank you cards were also given to 85 homeless vets.
Members of the Morristown Chapter DAR participated in the Veterans ceremony in Morristown NJ to help launch the Mo-Town Hometown Heroes banner program celebrating our local veterans.
